The Children’s March

The Children’s March tells the story of the Civil Rights Movement in the United States, leading up to the events of 1963 in Birmingham, Alabama, that have come to be known as the Children’s March.
The work was commissioned by Singing City for the 50th anniversary of the Children’s March, and premiered at the Philly Fringe Festival in 2013.
